Purchased this rover with a blown head gasket. It is by-no-means perfect but is in pretty good shape for being almost 20 years old and having over 200k miles. I did all of the work myself this summer, minus welding in the new muffler.
I took a lot pride in fixing it right. Along with the new parts mentioned above here are some of the pros:

Working air suspension. It does leak when sitting for extended periods but airs up within seconds, no problem. I have identified it as the front passenger side causing the issue, the rover has an adjustment system to level itself causing all bags to drop when a corner does. No error codes are present.

Has excellent heat
All windows work
Sunroof is fully functional
Interior is exceptionally clean
Exterior is in good condition
Tires are in good condition
Brakes are in good condition
Radio works
All glass is good, no chips or cracks
Defrost works
Has a tow package

The cons:
Headlight wipers do not work

SES light on for secondary valve injection system , it could be the pump ($75) or a valve causing the issue ($20). Will not effect anything unless you need to pass emissions. These parts can be purchased from eBay reasonably.

Brake lights on the dash flicker on hard stops, have researched this to be an accumulator. Could be replaced at some point.

Could use a steering wheel alignment
Rear window wiper doesn’t work
Headliner sags
A few small cracks in interior plastic
Glovebox currently doesn’t open
HVAC screen doesn’t show digital temp - needs pixel repair kit or replacement. Dials and buttons all function
Navigation screen has some pixels out
Tilt wheel does not function

A/C compressor needs replaced, currently disconnected but there. Could be rebuilt but cheaper option is a replacement from eBay.

Window trim has corrosion and needs replaced.

A few dents, scrapes and cracks, some rust under the rear but nothing structural.

Only have standard key, no keyless.

I have set this rover up to be a great winter vehicle. These are getting harder to find in decent serviceable condition. Will include a complete owners manual. A flash drive with the Range Rover RAVE manual .pdf. Along with service records pulled from Carfax. Black box Solutions BeCM engine immobilizer ( An extra set of brake pads. A new thermostat that has not been needed yet. A box of misc parts.

Asking 5,500 obo. Title in hand. Selling to finish my s4.
