Used 2004 Dodge Grand Caravan for sale in Taylors, SC
Vehicle Description
The most immediately critical issue is that the alternator seems to not be working. I am keeping the battery disconnected except when I start the car up.
The engine burns some oil. Maybe about 1 quart per two tanks of gas, more or less. It seems to burn more when idling than at full speed.
It is equipped with automatic push button side doors, but the right-side door opener has stopped working by push button. It can still be used manually, but it is stiff and difficult to open due to the inoperable electrical mechanism.
The tires are in good shape. The transmission seems to be fine. It steers, starts, and stops fine. It has all its windows, which are power operated, and they all work. (Side door windows never had an opening mechanism. The two front windows work, and the rear vent windows). Air conditioning and heat work. Radio works. CD player may or may not work.I think there's a CD stuck in it. It has a rear seat theater system, but I don't know whether it works. There is a driver seat deep console for storage. The seats are serviceable.
This vehicle is currently registered and insured and can be test driven. (As I said, the alternator is not operable). Title on hand. Delivery possible by driving, within 20 miles.
