Used Cargo Van - Ready to haul or for camper conversion for sale in Key Largo, FL

This van has had an amazing life under my care, is much loved, and is mechanically solid, with low miles for its age. It is a 1995 GMC Rally Wagon V8 (G3500 heavy duty) with 113,000 miles, and will tow or haul nearly anything (no tow hitch now but easily installed!) I got this van because it had a solid body, strong engine and transmission, though it needed some maintenance work and it is now in very good running condition, with nearly all the little (and some big) parts having been updated/replaced while I've owned it. I have loved owning and working on this vehicle and the nice thing about its age is that it is EXTREMELY easy to work on should anything ever go wrong- I even installed a switch that will put it in diagnostics mode so that if you are getting an engine code you can easily read it without hooking it up to a code computer. I do have a shop manual that comes with this van as well. It is older so it has some quirks but nothing that affects the driveability or useability of the van (ex: no AC, power door locks mostly do not work, but doors are still lockable, cracked windshield, etc.) It does have some rust in the floor, but I have removed the cargo liner (still comes with the van) and started to work on sanding it out to be treated and coated (not done yet.)

The reason I am getting rid of it is because the van of my dreams came along (diesel, unibody.) and I just couldn't pass it up, but I am very sad to be getting rid of my awesome yellow rally wagon, named Joy. I built it out in 2018 as a camper conversion and lived in it for over a year (only traveling over a small area and then once across the country, Oregon - The reason I am getting rid of it is because the van of my dreams came along (diesel, unibody.) and I just couldn't pass it up, but I am very sad to be getting rid of my awesome yellow rally wagon, named Joy. I built it out in 2018 as a camper conversion and lived in it for over a year (only traveling over a small area and then once across the country, Oregon -> Florida, and it ran like a CHAMP!)

It would make a wonderful starter camper conversion, as it is extra long, has barn doors on the side and rear (as opposed to sliding doors which have a tendency of rusting out and becoming unusable,) and the forward rear windows on both sides pop open for ventilation. If you are looking for a solid foundation that just needs some love and is ready for customization to suit your personal needs, look no further! This van will love you back as much as you love it and will treat you well for a very long time! It also has no problem getting up to 85/90 miles an hour and actually gets fairly decent gas mileage on the highway (I got between 11-15 mpg depending on multiple road conditions.)
