I have a file with all service receipts since new, including all scheduled maintenance services.
We are selling because my wife is buying a Porsche Macan S, we already have 5 cars and one has to go. We're sad to sell this because it has been such an awesome car, but we simply don't need it anymore and need the parking space.
There are many other similar-vintage Acura MDX's (the best, by the way, certainly in terms of aesthetics) for sale on Craigslist. However, you will not find one like this, at this mileage, that is single-owner and 100% fully serviced with new tires. So, even if you find one for 9-10k, you will almost certainly pay much more in service costs within a very short period of time. Don't do that. Instead, buy this single-owner meticulously serviced MDX and you'll have peace of mind. At $12k, I really believe it's the best MDX value on CL.
