Used 1931 Ford roadster pickup for sale in Auberry, CA

This body was originally built as a hot rod in the late 1950’s. The doors have been widened 6 inches and the bed shortened 6 inches. When re-discovered about 5 years ago, only the body, bed and two front wheel well fenders were there. The original hot rod builder had died after taking the hot rod apart to rebuild it. No one knows what happened to the chassis or many of the missing parts, just the body, bed and fenders were found in his garage. The cab rear of the body should be replaced, and Brookville makes the rear cab portion.

I had a complete 31 chassis and that is what I used to put the RPU together, all the parts are new, windshield frame, hinges, etc. I added the 32 grille and SS insert when I installed the new engine and trans. I also installed the Rootlieb plain top hood and Dan Fink hood mounting kit. The only thing left to do if you want is to put hydraulic brakes on the car. I do drive the car, when I originally put the car together, I had the speedometer rebuilt and set to “0” it currently shows 5697 miles on it. This is a ready-made driver, no work to be done just have fun as I have had over the last 5 years and make what changes you desire to your likes. This is a real fun car to drive.
