Vehicle Description
1955 Ford Ranch Wagon 1 of 40,493 made. There was no expense spared in building this car. It has a FORD 302 V-8 with serpentine belt drive and FORD AOD (Automatic over drive trans).
It has power disc front brakes, power steering, tilt wheel and new gauges. It has the K-Member and suspension from a Plymouth Volare due to perfect size and same wheel bolt pattern.
A complete new floor pan was installed and new gas tank. All the original chrome that was good was re chromed and all new tinted glass. It has Snow Flake white pearl paint over gray velour interior.
The original radio sent away to have AM-FM built into it. I have a stack of receipts an inch deep. Way to much to list over 35k invested.
I’ve collected some parts I was going to put back on it. I have an original steering wheel that needs restored. I rechromed the horn parts and got a new center cap. I have the original rechromed hood airplane. I have original Ranch Wagon script in great original condition. I have original bumper guards that need rechromed. I also have new chrome headlight eyebrows, side mirrors, front fender V8 emblems, and a new never used car cover.
This car has very few miles sense it was built. I got it about two year ago in a trade.
