I can not afford to finish myself and really want someone who can take it to the finish line. An amazing start for someone, as all the hard stuff is done, just needs finishing at this point. May consider good running trades, cash and trade or just cash. Anyone who knows these 55’s and amount of work and money to get it to this point knows its a great value.
