Vehicle Description
Very cool 1966 Ford Ranchero hot rod project. Original color was Maroon Metallic, would look great back to original.
All the good stuff:
-Rebuilt 289 high performance, mild cam, tunnel ram, dual Holley 390's, Pertronix ignition
-C4 Automatic Transmission with new cooler, lines, and B&M floor shifter
-New aluminum radiator and flex fan, new hoses & belts
-Headers, new Flowmaster dual exhaust
-Rebuilt rear end with Yukon 3.70 Limited Slip center section, bearings, etc.
-New fuel system including tank, pump, lines, carbs, linkage
-New charging system including battery, alternator, regulator, relay, starter, wiring
-New suspension including shocks, sway bars, links, and traction bars
-New Torque Thrust II wheels and new tires
-New brake system including master cylinder, hard and soft lines, wheel cylinders, shoes
-New front glass windshield and seal, new rear glass seal
-Newly re-chromed front and rear bumpers still in wrap
-New interior pieces including carpet kit, headliner kit, kick panels, steering wheel, dash cover; seat upholstery is
nice with no damage
The body is straight, only small dings, no major damage. Almost rust-free, I can see a few very minor minor pinholes in the rockers, and some rough metal in a spot or two (door corner for instance) where bubbling has begun. The floors look great. Bed has a newer Raptor coating and is usable as-is. Crappy old blue paint jon over original paint, needs a paint job and the new interior parts installed to be a really nice street machine. All the big money has been spent.
The engine and exhaust sound great, not an aggressive cam, just enough to have a little lope and good performance.
I'm offering this up at $10,500.00 or best very close cash offer. I own a restoration shop and it would be a while before I can get to this one. You can enjoy driving this while you take her to the next level.
