Used 1966 Studebaker Daytona 2DR Sport Sedan for sale in Portland, MA

283 V8 (factory installed GM engine), Power Steering, Manual Drum Brakes, Auto, OEM Studebaker AC and AM/FM. 74900 actual miles. Restored to original in 2006 by 2nd owner. New front fenders, rockers and floors at that time. We are 3rd owners. Recent tires, belts, hoses replaced, brake fluid flushed/replaced. Well maintained with extensive repair history/documentation. Starts right up, runs and shows very well. Not perfect, but an excellent, eye-catching example of the marque. Documents, pictures and communication from original owner as well as dealer memorabilia and restoration documentation included. Rare - one of 41 Daytona V8's currently known to exist in the 1966 Daytona Registry. Total 1966 Daytona V8 production - only 620 built. 1966 was the last year of Studebaker production. NOTE: This is a 54 year old vehicle based on 66+ year old technology. It doesn’t ride, handle, or brake like a modern car. Please come and see it, (and I encourage anyone with a Studebaker interest to do so) but if you currently only drive your Lexus, you WILL notice some BIG differences. I would state the overall condition to be at least a 3.5 or better. It will have some minor cosmetic and mechanical imperfections, is successfully driven on a regular basis (about 600 miles in 2019) and performs like a 54 year old Studebaker. It is, overall, a rare car, RESTORED TO ORIGINAL, that looks quite spectacular in person.
