Indy Pace Car Convertible* Rare 1 of 264 ever built convertible* Y74 option stamped on cowl tag * Newly rebuilt 455CI V8 7.5L Engine * Matching Number Car* Air Conditioning * AM/FM Radio with 8-Track Player* Tic-Toc Tach * Power Steering* Power Brakes* Power Top* Ram Air* Turbo-Hydramatic 400 Automatic transmission with limited slip rear end * New Firestone wide oval tires* New GM replacement quality convertible top* Original Factory Super Stock II Wheels * Dual sport mirrors with Driver's side remote This rare car is the true inspiration and essence of all muscle cars, which is all about race, power and performance , this 1970 Oldsmobile 442 which was the high performance version of the Cutlass model. Oldsmobile built only a total of 628 pace car replicas for 1970. Starting with a 4-4-2, buyers checked off the Y74 option and, for $385, got a special hood, N66 Super Stock II wheels, sport style mirrors, special tires, and pace car decals. Of those 628 Pace cars only "264" were Convertibles ever built, go figure how rare this one is. This is a highly optioned Y74 Indy Pace Car Package with original build sheet!
