Vehicle Description
The interior is in excellent condition and looks like new except for a split seam in the driver’s side of the seat. It has an aftermarket radio and speakers mounted behind the seat.
Engine runs excellent. It drives well, is smooth, quiet and tight on the road. It has a nice sounding dual exhaust system with factory manifolds. All electrical works properly. A/C has been upgraded to R134 and works well. Wheels and tires are 70’s vintage Appliance Striker’s with GR6014 Dunlop Qualifiers. Both wheels and tires look brand new which speaks to how the car was cared for and driven sparingly to shows etc. for the past 40 years. They are fine for short local drives but I would advise a new set of tires for highway driving.
This is probably one of the cleanest and nicest 1972 Ranchero GT’s in existence. I have an appraisal for $33k from a few years ago. Sold new in Seattle and has always been a west coast car.
