Used 1973 Volkswagen Squareback Type 3 - cars & trucks - by owner -... for sale in Vallejo, CA

Up for sale is my 1973 VW Squareback Type 3. It is a manual and the title is in my name, registration is current.
This was a bare metal restoration. Too much to go over so here are some bullet points:

-Upgraded 1776 Engine with Weber dual carb conversion. Built by Ken at Jansen Enterprises in Belmont CA. ~600 miles on engine. No performance modifications outside of the 1776, and the exhaust is stock. That means you can actually get heat in the car.

-Paint is resprayed with the original Marina Blue L45D color code. Multi stage instead of factory single stage. Body is straight except for one ding and a few nail head sized chips.

-All rubber on the car is new. That includes window seals, door seals, body seals, and all rubber under the car. Front beam was refreshed less than 1,000 miles ago. Tracks straight and drives nice and smooth. New tires put on about 500 miles ago.

-Floor pans were replaced as well as other rust repair in the interior. Interior was POR-15'd and sound deadened, as well as a new interior kit from TMI.

-Still 1 speaker sound system, but upgraded with a retrosound dual and a bluetooth headunit in the glove box.

-All electrics work as they should, including the window washers.

-Very rare sunroof model. Even rarer that I spent the time to make it work properly!

No issues, this was my daily for a while and its a real head turner. People love this thing. Because of the 1776 it will do highway speeds...however the speedo is optimistic.

-The bad/weird
Wiper stalk was cut to fit an older style horn ring wheel. Never got around to making a nicer solution, but it works as shown in the video.
Reverse light some times does not come on
Speedometer is optimistic by about 15mph, and the odometer doesn't work.
Spare wheel may have a small leak, or maybe I use my wipers too much?

I did every aspect of this restoration myself besides the engine building, I can talk your ear off about this car. So let the questions fly. I am open to negotiation and only trade I'm interested in is a b8.5 Audi S4.
