Up for sale is a 1973 Volkswagen Bus, Betty is her name, I have owned this car for nearly 11 years and it has been a wonderful experience. It currently RUNS and DRIVES, unbelievable, right!! Owner built.
The Good,
New Trans
Newly Rebuilt Motor, 1600 miles on the motor
2000cc type4 motor with dual weber carbs, drives very nice.
New Brake Calipers on the front.
It is a camper, It has a poptop and will sleep 4 people.

The Bad,
The brakes are sticking and it will most likely need a new brake master cylinder to drive long distances.
OLD Volkswagens are very temperamental and require consistent maintenance, If you dont like to tinker, I dont recommend you buy this vehicle.
The body is in rough shape, if you are looking for a show car I hope you have a welder and some experience patching body panels. See PHOTOS for DETAILS.
The camper top has some cracks in the fiberglass that will need some attention eventually, but it doesnt leak water into the vehicle.
