As far as I know I’m the second owner. Clean title. Garage kept for 19 out of 23 years including the entire past 14 years. The main selling point is the body - any Scout that doesn’t have this extent of body work likely has rusted out fenders, quarter panels, or rockers. Or, the rust has been painted over and bubbles will likely emerge.
