Used 1976 Jeep CJ& for sale in Bullard, TX

For sale is my 1976 Jeep CJ7. This jeep has every necessity working well. My father and I bought this jeep about 3 years ago and have done several things to it ourselves to help fix it up. Listed below are the things we've done or had done by a professional mechanic. Everything done by a professional has the receipts to prove it.

Complete rear axle rebuild ($2,000, professionally done)
Dual FlowMaster exhaust with single mufflers ($800, professionally done)
Bluetooth radio with amp and 2 8 inch Wet Sounds Swivels ($1,400, all marine spec and installed by professionals)
33" BF Goodrich all terrain tires ($1,100, estimated 500 miles, bought new once we got the Jeep)
3 point seat belt installation
Engine tune to run and idle smooth (professionally done)
Windshield install and easily removable cloth top
Wheel alignment (within the last 2 months)
New battery
Painted roll cage and wheels to match
Replaced and wired all the lights
New intake

The things done to it when we got it are:
Four inch body lift and 3 inch suspension lift
New gas tank
Custom roll cage
Brand new paint
New cooling system

This Jeep is a weekend warrior and if you wanted it to be a daily driver, it will be a project. Everything necessary for driving it around town on the weekends works great, but there are some things that don't work.
Cons:
There is a small leak in the transmission where the dipstick tube and transmission housing meet.
Sometimes after long drives the fuel pump starts to slow down and it
The four wheel drive works, but the previous owner lifted it and the drive selector wasn’t long enough to reach so he took it off. A new shifter would need to fabricated to enable four wheel drive.
Because of the 3 inch suspension lift the ride is rough, if you wanted to have a smoother suspension you will need to get rid of the suspension lift
The only gauge that works is the gear selector, oil pressure, engine temp, and battery voltage. There are no other gauges like a speedometer, tachometer or odometer installed. We have the speedometer and the wiring for it, but we never installed it because it’s a custom dash and a speedometer isn’t necessary
Because there is no odometer, we have no idea how many miles are on it, but since we got it we have put probably less than 500 miles on it.
All in all, this is a very fun ride that’s ready to drive home and enjoy. It’s also a great car for a beginner mechanic who wants an easy first project. It’s very easy to work on because it’s all open and everything is easy to get to.
