Vehicle Description

In 1977 the SS was a trim option which included;
Upgraded front and rear stabilizer bars
Black grill with SS emblem
Body side striping
Bright roof drip moldings
Color keyed dual sport mirrors
Special instrumentation
SS interior emblems
Car is missing the SS emblem(s) on the grill and interior; body side striping. All other identifiable SS trim options, as noted above, are present.
Car has swivel bucket seats, center console, electric actuated windows/door locks and interior manual left (drivers) side mirror adjuster. The bottom left (driver) side door panel is included along with the switch for the lock; window switch is missing.
The engine is a newer 350 with an Edelbrock aluminum intake and 4 bbl carburetor.
Transmission TH350 recently rebuilt.
Car runs, drives, transmission shifts nice. In bad need of brakes.
The following items require maintenance or replacement;(please note this list is not inclusive)
Swivel bucket seats, carpet, dash pad has cracks, console compartment door needs hinge(s), electrical window motors, (switch for window missing on left door panel) bulbs/lights, fuses, clock, temp gauge and the like), left front turn signal lens is broken, windshield is cracked, doors need adjustment, weather stripping, hood/door hinges/latches, interior rearview mirror needs glued back on, no radio, brakes and tires eventually; again, this list is not inclusive…
The repaint is marginal as is the spray in bed liner. Vinyl top is okay except at the windshield pillars. Floor boards have rust as does other areas. Frame is solid and does not appear to have rust through.
Nicely optioned el camino. Good candidate for restoration.
Odometer reads 75,875. Title reflects this as actual miles. $5500 offer. Trades considered; Jeep CJ, TJ,Wrangler, etc. with cash up or down; Yamaha, Honda, OSSA Trials bikes, cash up or down.
