Vehicle Description

This is a rare car for sure. This 1978 Pontiac Safari Sport Wagon is not an original Formula. I added the Formula decals and the Snowflake 13" wheels and new white wall tires for a cool look. Also included are the new twin dual stainless tailpipes like the T/A and Formula had. This car is totally rust free and as original as you can get with just over 60,000 miles. I do have the original title from 1978 from GMAC. The original paint has had a few places touched up but not from an accident or rust. I still have the 4 original steel wheels and stainless steel hubcaps that go with it. The car runs but burns a little on the rich side. I gave it a complete tune up and oil change. I also found a NOS original heavy duty radiator and installed it. When I got the car it had an aluminum aftermarket radiator and I wanted to keep it as original as I could. The factory jack and spare are still in the car in the original spot. The drivers seat has a few bad spots but the Firebird seat cover is the same and can be purchased. She still has the 231 Buick V-6 engine and automatic transmission. This is an A/C car and has cruise control, power brakes and power steering. I have to many projects and am thinning the fleet.
