Vehicle Description
Up for sale is my dream car build that i no longer have the time to complete unfortunately. The car is a PHS documented 1978 pontiac trans am, 400,4spd car in factory starlight black and with the WS6 performance package option.
The car was fully disassembled for a frame off restoration.
I will try to be as detailed as possible with the work that has been done on the car and how it currently sits.
*Front subframe was removed completely disassembled and epoxy painted satin black.
* full polyurethane subframe body bushing mounts and radiator core support mount.
*new radiator core support
*Drivers floor,passenger floor and trunk pans have been replaced with new pans and completely removed of rust
*underneath of car has been painted with undercoating
*engine bay has been cleaned up and firewall smoothed.
*both front fenders are brand new
* new front 3 piece fender flares and chin spoiler.
* new tail light panel still needs to be installed
*passenger side quarter panel has been removed and prepped for a new quarter panel, replacement Quarter panel needs to be purchased .
*Drivers side lower quarter panel needs lower half sheet metal replaced, its the last panel with any rust issues.
*rest of the body panels are clean and straight free of rust.
* engine is the numbers matching original pontiac 400 W72, with original 4x heads, the engine is disassembled but all there. Original intake with carb,heads,short block, exhaust manifolds etc.
Car is originally a 4 speed all linkage, pedals are there ,*transmission is missing.
*has factory disc brake rear end.
* interior is complete and in ok condition,no center console.
* the car currently sits as pictured, needs quarter panel repairs completed and all metal work will be done and car will be solid complete rust free, no bondo or hack fiberglass glass patch jobs.
* the car has a clean clear California title in my name with no backfees, current non op registration. Hate to let go but no longer have the time to invest time or money. Serious offers only, not parting out.
