The car runs a little rough and is by no means ready to be daily driven although it does run/drive ok! It has been sitting inside for the better part of 5-10 years....I was originally going to do an LS swap but have moved on to other things and am tired of working around this car as it sits undercover, inside in my place of business. (I am a contractor) It really needs to move on to a good home with someone that will finish it up and DRIVE it regularly! I drove it home 10 miles or so today to take pics and put it up for sale! This could easily be a $25k car if finished right as all the hard and expensive stuff is done. I would add new shocks, a wheel alignment and a few other odds and ends to properly finish it up! I am unsure of the mileage but the title has over 100,000 miles on it..I'll have to dig it out and look at what is listed. It is a NJ standard title.
This has been a project car for me for the last 9 years or so. I have well over $25k into it PLUS the cost of the car and it is ALMOST there but I have lost interest and decided to sell it as/is. The car was completely stripped down and all rust was cut out and replaced with proper replacement parts. Floor pans, 1 replaced fender, both rear lower quarters ..the usual places. The trunk was solid. After the metal R&R was done I coated the whole interior and underside metal with POR 15 rust preventative paint. I also added a lot of new insulation as well as new carpeting and headliner. The whole car was then resprayed base/clear coat.
The car is basically stock and is NOT fast and it runs a little rough (No smoke/ No leaks) just needs to be tuned up, driven and cared for! Car needs a few trim pieces as well as rearview mirror, windshield wipers and the like. I am slightly negotiable on price.........BUT AGAIN...ONLY in person! Emailing offers without looking at the car is pointless and a waste of BOTH our time!
