1981 VW Westfalia Vanagon
Air cooled engine
Almost completely original with 89,000 miles. 4 speed, engine fires right up and never had an issue, clean title and no dents.
In 2010-Engine gone thru and fixed and changed everything needed. Replaced tent for pop-up. Removed all rust and painted at Macco. Then added a custom paint job over with military grade paint and tinted windows.
Tires have tons of tread.
Full bed on top with mattress and bottom turns into twin. Fridge, stove and sink original and barley used.
Just got it smogged and it is registered. Title in hand. Also oil changed, replaced gas lines above gas tank, timed, brakes bled, new battery and installed new window regulators.
Needs TLC and mostly cosmetic things due to age. Needs new front grill that cost $100. The heater motor is not working, but we have the part. Windows need handles. Also comes with another whole back door and the spare tire. A few other misc things like air and oil filters. Sliding door is not smooth, needs adjustment. There is a little bit of rust on the back door.
We out grew this and it is just sitting. Want to sell it to someone who will appreciate it and have a blast. I have more pictures, just let me know and I can send them.
