Used 1982 Mercedes 300CD 4-Speed Manual for sale in Palo Alto, CA

For sale is a 1982 Mercedes-Benz 300CD turbo diesel W123 with a 4-speed manual transmission. I have owned this car for nearly 11 years and 100,000 miles. It has been a great car and has never let me down. Mechanically this car has been well taken care of, bellow is a list of the major work I did during my ownership. I did the manual transmission swap since only the non-turbo 240d came with a manual option from the factory. It completely changes the car and it is fun to drive (for a 40 year old diesel). There are a few issues, mostly cosmetic, which are also listed bellow. I would like to keep this car, however I have too many cars and this car has mostly been parked the last year. It has a clean title and is currently registered as non-operational. I am open to offers, but think the price is fair considering the mechanical condition and rarity of the 4-speed swap.

Work Done:
- Front and rear suspension completely rebuilt with good quality parts (mostly Lemfoerder). The front has less then 25,000 miles on the new parts.
- Manual transmission swap with new clutch, pressure plate, throw-out bearing, master and slave cylinder, rebuilt shifter. The flywheel was resurfaced and match balanced. The driveshaft was welded and balanced for the new length. Done 50,000 miles ago.
- CVJ remanufactured rear axles, 30,000 miles ago.
- Injector Nozzles, 75,000 miles ago.
- Rebuilt the turbo charger, cleaned intake and exhaust manifolds.
- Oil changes every 5000 miles, valve adjustments every 15,000 miles.
- A lot of other parts replaced/ repaired over the years.

Issues:
- Paint is not great. It looks like the passenger side had been repainted poorly at some point and the repair cracked. Also the color coat has worn away in some places. It is a single stage paint, so there is no peeling clear coast to worry about and it buffs up pretty nice, it just oxidizes over time.
- Rust at bottom of front and rear windows.
- Front passenger turn signal lens is broken.
- Passenger window regulator is broken so you need to help the window up.
- I think the vacuum pump has a sticking check valve, since there is intermittent low vacuum at idle.
- AC is not working, never has in my ownership.
- General wear and tear on a 40 year old daily driver.
