Vehicle Description
Has 33in BFG KM2 tires with about 1000 miles on them which are mounted to new 17x8in Black Rock steel wheels. Both front and rear axles have new 4.10 gears and the front also has new axle u-joints with new Warn premium lock out hubs and new brake rotors and pads. The steering box has also been replaced. There are professional built drivelines front and rear and an NP203 transfer case with a part time kit installed. I replaced the TF727 with an A518 overdrive unit from Transmission Depot that was built specific for the van with a shift kit. The transmission is controlled by a B&M Magnum Grip Pro floor shifter and cooled by a Derale 9000 series transmission cooler supplied by stainless braided Russell hoses and fittings. The engine is a simple 318 V8 with true dual exhaust that sounds pretty good. Nothing super exciting about the motor but it runs well and has many new part including a 600 Holley carb with electric choke, twin spring throttle bracket assembly, Lokar throttle cable, Lokar kick down cable, Lokar transmission dipstick and tube, plugs, wires, cap, rotor, coil, high torque starter, fuel pump, battery, and almost every switch, relay, and electrical devise under the hood has been replaced. Most of the engine wiring was replaced and an additional fuse box was also added to accommodate some interior items associated with the build. The interior woodwork of this van has been redone in real cherry oak. There is LED lighting throughout. It has 2 cabinets with 4 doors with a small counter top. The rear bench seat adjusts 3 different ways including into a bed and was recovered in carhartt type canvas that is very durable. The front part of the cab has carpet and canvas seat covers on the original seats. The dash is also done in cherry oak with additional new gauges and a Tachometer. It has a good stereo with new speakers and is prewired and ready to go for an amp and subs under the front seats. Has new ignition cylinder and blinker switch. The custom built tube rear bumper with an aluminum diamond plate top holds the spare tire and the Montezuma tool box on swing outs, and has additional LED tail and license plate lighting. Has matching spare wheel with a size matching but not tread matching spare tire.
