Used 1983 Toyota Tercel 4WD for sale in Prescott Valley, AZ
Vehicle Description
This Tercel is in great condition overall. All factory paint/no serious previous damage. It has 14" factory aluminum wheels and full spare. Tire diameter is standard, and speedo is correct w larger wheels. Did this because 13"tires are hard to get.
Interior is nice. Front seats are from a 96 Celica and much more comfortable than original. In the back is a construct of maple plywood with storage for tools, fluids and personal stuff. The main panel shown is a table with legs stored below. There is space for folding chairs. Sweet!
Needs rear quarter glass. The engine is great. Rebuilt the head, then it tossed a rod. Got a short block w 80k on it. So it's pretty fresh by Toyota standards.
I loved the little thing when I was driving it daily. Used it for mild off-road outings when my Land Cruiser was down. Then it developed a drivetrain noise. My checking points to a chipped front ring gear. I keep telling myself I'm going to fix it, but have too many other things to do. I'll sell it to someone who will give it a good home.
