Vehicle Description

Looking to sell my 1984 GMC Sierra. This was my daily driver for quite a while when I was in Colorado but I no longer live there and my dad is sick of it sitting in front of his house so it’s time for it to go. The truck has a 305 (5.0L V8) with a 700r4. 4wd works great and the front and rear brakes were done recently. It looks a bit rough but I have daily driven this for months with no issue. Just put in new seat belts since the old ones no longer worked. The tailgate does not match the truck but most of the paint does not match anyways so it never bothered me. I fabricated the bumper and it is one of a kind and indestructible. There is some rust in the usual places (passenger side runner, driver side cab corner and behind the passenger rear wheel) but no bad rust on the frame or anywhere serious. There is some floor pan rust on the drivers side but the truck will come with the replacement metal for that floor pan. I planned on installing the floor pan myself but as I said I no longer live in the state. I currently have the dash pad removed since it was uglier with it on than off but the truck will come with the dash pad frame which some people will repair but you can also just buy a new one. This thing runs great and would be great to fix up. The exhaust system is relatively new since when I picked it up everything had been cut off right at the collector so it has a new catalytic converter and muffler. When I first got it a few years ago the carburetor and fuel system had some trouble so my mechanic rebuilt the carburetor and replaced the electric pump at the tank and mechanical pump at the engine and it has run perfectly since then. The car has dual gas tanks but the passenger side tank is rusted through so only the driver's side tank is usable. Great for getting around in the snow and has newer tires (less than 5000 miles). I’m sad to see it go but shipping it just doesn't make sense and I do not have the time to roadtrip to get it. Make me a reasonable offer. Clean title.
