1985 Dodge Ramcharger w/ 1993 W250 12V, axles, transmission, transfer case, gauges, dash, etc. Yes it is 4X4. The goal for this was to have it look like a production vehicle, and often people come up to me and tell me that they had no idea that Dodge produced a diesel Ram Charger! I am asking 18K OBO, which you could not build this for that price.
In the pics, she is pretty dusty, this vehicle will be detailed this week.
This truck regularly makes my 45 mile one-way commute, and cruises right at 70. It has the 3.55 rear end.
Engine has 185K on it and odometer still works. A/C works, power windows will take your arm off, power locks are kinda sticky (I have replacement actuators), Dick Cepek tires are 95%. 4WD works great and even the 4WD indicator on the dash lights up when engaged. This truck has no leaks, and I have no hesitation or worries when my wife hops in it and takes it to work, which is fairly regularly.
The Ram Charger is a 1985, original paint, clean body, no rust/rot/etc, as it came from out west. Donor diesel was a 1993 Dodge W250.

Gillette Turbo and fuel pump is th-03, ch-05, and the ve pump upgrade pin and 3200 spring
3 piece Pulse exhaust manifold.
Airdog 100 and 1/2 draw straw kit
NEW silicone coolant hoses (not rubber)
4in Diamond Eye stainless exhaust ( had to bend the down pipe a little to not rub on the floorboard )
new front calipers and ceramic pads up front,
Upgraded / built up a518 trans with extreme low stall converter,
Red Head steering box
New SKF bearings in transfer case,
New greasable spicer u-joints,
LED interior and dash lights
Rear hatch shocks
USB Radio
From the firewall to engine bay was 93 w250 harness and repined for the wiper motor and HVAC
What it needs:
I was always concerned about the reliability, so it could use carpet, a headliner (it is there just needs recovered), and some DynaMat to quiet the cabin up if you are so inclined. The front seats are not original and have tan seat covers on them (I may be getting some period correct seats this week). The wiring is good, but if you want a show truck look, it could be tidy'd up in the engine bay. The paint actually looks pretty nice, some clear coat flaking off usual to the era, but nothing crazy. This was a CA ram charger so no rust issues, frame is in original condition no undercoating, etc.
This is titled and inspected as a regular vehicle NOT an antique. We drive it all the time, and with antique plates you are not able to do that.
I have new power lock motors that need to be installed and some other random parts. I have nicer door panels and some other pieces that will spruce up the inside.
This would be an amazing hunting rig, first car, or daily driver. It will go over, through, or pull just about anything over. No offense to anyone, but no tire-kickers, and please ask your wife before purchasing something like this (like I do before I buy something).
