Vehicle Description
First pic is spring perch. Picture order starts at fridge wall and goes counter clockwise. Bad rust areas are behind fridge at lower wall seam, drivers fender well and footwell, and passengers footwell. The channel tubing between drivers side jack points where it ties into side body panel is 40% gone. Drivers front jack point is also weak from rust. Poptop has two pieces of sheet metal on top to patch a hole? (see pic), I did not do the metal repair but correct fix would be fiberglass.
Ran well when parked. Has some issues now. Discovered rear spring mount perch on both a-arms needs replaced. Front pass outer cv boot torn. Front diff has small leak fr output shaft. Brakes not working, metal line needs replaced.
Lots of mechanical and functional repairs have been completed by me as they occurred. Newer heavy rated tires on Audi wheels, headlight relay upgrade, power steering hoses upgraded to braided, oil pressure gauge. New exhaust and possibly headers(I forget), shocks, wheel bearings, front tube bumper. I have extensive records and list of repairs that I’ve forgotten.
