Used 1991 Porsche 944 S2 with tasteful modifications - - by for sale in Norcross, GA

This is a 1991 Porsche 944 S2 - one of 500 brought to the US and the last year of the 944 series. It is in a desirable color combo of Alpine white on black. 5 speed limited slip transmission. The mileage is 126,878. I purchased the car in 2015 with about 118k miles on it. It was a California car up to 2007 and 110,000 miles and then went to Texas. In 2015 it was bought out of an estate and brought to Georgia by a Porsche 356 buddy of mine and I bought the car from him.

Since I've owned it a ton of maintenance has been done. The cam chain pads were replaced, motor mounts replaced, timing belt replaced, transmission swapped out for a LSD one. Also a bunch of tasteful mods were done.

-Fikse FM10 18" wheels installed with brand new Continental ExtremeContact Sport SL tires - date stamp on tires shows 2018 but they were just put on 12/17/20. 275/35 and 235/40s
-968 mirrors and door handles color matched to Alpine white and installed
-Euro rear bumper color matched to Alpine white and installed
-Alpine CD player with iphone hookup installed
-968 front and rear M030 30mm and 19mm sway bars installed
-Leda coilovers double adjustable with remote reservoirs installed on the front and back of the car with Kelly Moss Racing camber plates
-Cam and gear cover powdercoated white
-Brand new battery 9/11/2020
-Rebuilt AC compressor/dryer installed June of 2018.

Included with the car is a notebook of records from my ownership, original owners manual and service book, original jack and air pump and tool kit, Sunroof storage bag and two keys. This car was a Peachstate Porsche Club concour winner in its class in November of 2016.

Condition wise I would say the exterior is decent. I'd be glad to send pictures of any exterior paint issues. Interior - the dash has some cracks in it - otherwise pretty good shape. Porsche embossed floor mats. Everything works on the car. Drivetrain wise - I'd be pretty comfortable hoping in the car and going cross country - runs cool - no weird noises. No coolant leaks - there is a small oil leak I need to track down - pretty common on these cars. Clutch is in good shape.

I'm not interested in trades unless it is for a black/silver 997 S manual coupe with higher mileage. Not that negotiable on the price. I don't have the original front seats, door handles or mirrors. I do have the original rear bumper and radio (Reno 2). I've got a carfax I pulled when I bought the car - glad to share that.
