(I forgot to take pictures the other day but i have the second row captain chairs too.)
Heres the issue. The transmission needs to be replaced. The one currently hooked into the van is useless. However, i was able to find the correct transmission to replace it. THE PART YOU NEED WILL BE SOLD WITH THE VAN, the only thing you need to do is find a mechanic to switch the parts for you. It WILL have to be towed away due to the dead transmission.
As soon as the transmission is switched out it will run perfectly on a day to day basis.
