Great work truck. Been used for numerous dump runs, Lowe’s trips, yard clean ups.
Starts up and drives down the road for every project.
Pros:
Bedliner, tie down clips, dual tanks, ac blows cold, heater works great. Cassette player! With sweet cassette holder! Great tires. Clean interior, caption’s seats
All done last year:
New ignition cylinder with keys, plugs, wires, throttle body service, trans service, EGR valve, TPS, O2 sensor & pigtail, upper radiator hose, IAC Valve, IAC Sensor, wiper module & wipers, brake booster, brake light bulbs
Cons:
Idles high randomly ( around 1k)
Overdrive slips randomly ( usually with a load in bed, I just keep over drive off )
No reverse gear (I park on hills and in the back of the parking lot so I don't have to reverse)
Tailgate latch gets stuck closed randomly ( I pry it open with screwdriver)
Body has some “ character” ( it’s a dented up work truck )
