1994 Volvo 850, 2.3L engine, turbo, automatic transmission, 167k miles. Mileage slowly going up as I drive it every other day. Always starts and runs well.

The body is in decent to good shape- no major dents, but does have some paint chips and rust. Clear coat is still in great shape, which is pretty rare. Never been in an accident.

Interior is in okay shape - passenger side dash has peeled back, front seats have tears, headliner was removed because it sagged, rear seats have some paint/glue residue. Has a third row rear-facing seat with seat belts. All seats are still comfortable even if they have some wear and tear. Power on both front seats works. Power windows all work, as do front and rear wipers, sun/moon roof, and all electricity (cabin lights, brake lights, radio, etc). AC does not work, heat does.

Cons:
- The driver’s side headlight is out - I’ve replaced the bulb, but still isn’t working. I’ve reduced the price to account for having to replace wiring/light unit.
- Driver door does not open from the inside, so you have to roll down the window to open from the outside. I took the door trim off and it looks like there is a small plastic piece that broke off - if you can get it from the junkyard it will cost a few bucks, otherwise the new assembly is pretty cheap and simple to install.

I bought this car from an older lady in Connecticut about 3.5 years and ~40,000 miles ago. I'm selling because I have another car that I prefer to drive since it has a manual transmission and don’t need two cars.

What I've done since buying it-
- Oil and filter change every 5,000 miles, last one at 165,000
- 4 new all season tires about 18 months, 10,000 miles ago
- New battery, still under warranty at Oreilly Auto Parts

Big things:
- Timing belt, serpentine belt, water pump, thermostat and seals ~15,000 miles ago
- Full tuneup - wires, sparkplugs, cap, and rotor with Bosch and Bougicord parts ~5,000 miles ago
- Cooling hoses, clamps, and coolant at 165,000
- Fuel pump and fuel pump relay ~5,000 miles ago
- Vacuum and turbo lines ~5,000 miles ago; the original hoses get nasty and crusty after a while - I put in full silicone hoses that will last forever
- Bosch front brake pads and rotors ~3,000 miles ago

It has the normal quirks a 25 y.o. Volvo has, i.e. the trim and suspension rattle.
