Used 1996 Chevrolet 1500 extended cab, short bed for sale in Gatesville, TX
Vehicle Description
In the last year it's had the entire A/c rebuilt and blows ice cold, heat blows hot. Also replaced door handles inside and out, door hinge pins, window regulators, door lock actuators, speakers, and 2 back tires in the last year. Added a keyless entry remote to it to bring it up to the 21st century.
The bad. It needs some cosmetic TLC and the idler arm and steering box arm need to be swapped but I have the parts to go with it, just haven't had the time to do it. The check engine light and air bag lights flicker sometimes but never stay on for more than a day. Code reads as an o2 sensor.
It's been a great truck to my family for the last 20 odd years and I'm sad to see it go, but it's not being used and I don't want to see it sit around.
