Used 1996 Toyota 4-Runner V6 SR5 + JDM engine/trans - cars & trucks - by... for sale in Kitty Hawk, NC

Running project truck. Has very little rust to its age. Strong V6, power sunroof, new Bose stereo/speakers, 5 power windows that all work, power locks, etc. Has about 356,000 miles on it, very slow oil leak and transmission occasionally slips for a moment.

Will need to bring a trailer to take the JDM engine and transmission, can use my engine hoist to load them. (or will sell engine hoist and engine mount for extra). JDM engine/transmission should have between 30-45k miles on them. Planned to do the swap myself and keep the truck until it died, but ended up a bigger project than I was expecting!
I also have some parts taken off the JDM which will go also, like cover, alternator, starter, a couple pumps, exhaust headers.
Tires look like they have plenty of life on them.
Also have new gasket set for the engine and new rear door supports.

Radio has a rear view camera with cable pulled to back of truck, but not installed to rear license plate.

Come take a look and give it a spin. Would be great truck for someone with a little more mechanical skill than me to fix up as a beach ride.

Disclosures:
1. One of the fender panels was replaced by the prior owner after hitting a mailbox. It is painted dark, but not the exact body color. The power antenna is not connected property as a result and I didn't mess around with it.
2. There are some small patches of flake on the body with surface rust. I sanded a few and primed, but not all. No rust through as shown in the pics. There is minor rust undercarriage, but nothing that looks more than superficial. No rust through that I can see (pretty amazing for the age)
3. There is an oil leak in the engine. It appears to be coming from either the oil cap or nearby. I intended to replace the engine with a Japanese Domestic Engine with limited miles to fix the oil problem, but realized I bit off more than I could chew and don't want to pay someone to do the work, so giving this project to someone with more skills.
4. The transmission slips on occasion. Again, was going to replace with the JDM transmission to correct the problem, but only got half way through removing the transmission when we realized it was too much.
5. It looks like a prior owner spilled something in the right back seat floor area and left side of trunk. I neutralized the residue with baking soda and water, then shampooed both. Some of the carpet is melted, but metal underneath looks fine.
6. The specs have listed a remote entry, but there is no remote FOB.
