Used 1997 Ford Club Wagon Passenger Van NO CAT - - by for sale in San Francisco, CA
Vehicle Description
I've had this van since late 2018 when my band purchased it for a couple of tours. When we got it it, this beautiful beast had only 83k miles on it indicating a low avg number of miles per year. I bought it directly from a nonprofit in South SF who only used it twice per week.
THE BAD:
Somebody stole the catalytic converter last night. Yeah, it sucks, I know. TO REITERATE, THERE IS NO CATALYTIC CONVERTER ON THIS VAN.
The odometer stopped working in Jan 2020, right before we made our last trip in it down to LA pre-COVID. There is no way that this van has more than 96k miles on it.
Several doors only open from the inside.
Radio does not work.
THE GOOD:
It runs great. If the cat wasn't stolen I'd feel comfortable driving this thing to New York today.
Always has received synthetic oil changes under my ownership.
Tinted the windows and added a towing package in 2019 (~$1000 project).
Tires are in good condition.
Registered through March 2022.

SO – it's not pretty, there are some things that need to be immediately fixed, but the van market is hot right now. If your church, music group, nonprofit, or reality TV family needs a way to get around this could be a fantastic fit.
Feel free to make an offer but I am in no hurry to get rid of it.
