Never had a problem with the engine's performance

Things that I am aware of...
-oil leak, not terrible but I need to add oil between oil changes (its been this way for years)
-passenger window doesn't role down
-automatic locks don't work
-passenger side sun visor torn up
-dent/paint chip over driver side fender (see picture)
-various exterior blemishes as well as fading on the roof
-FULL DISCLOSURE, the odometer was rolled back 30k miles without my permission. The odometer currently reads 171xxx miles but there are really 201xxx miles on the car!
-overhead interior is ripped (see pictures)
