I renovated this van, newer motor is strong (diesel), 75,000 miles appx. I reskinned the outside with all new aluminum panels. Separate bathroom area with walls floor to ceiling, currently a compost toilet. Inside the walls were insulated and then reskinned as well with white high gloss aluminum panels. Indoor/Outdoor carpet on floor - not glued down so that you can pull it up and it is a clean aluminum floor under the carpet. It currently has 1 generator on the back, but I have the other one that I could sell both, just 1 or neither generator. Price does not reflect price of 2nd generator - it would cost extra $800. Installed a 5,000 BTU A/C Unit on roof (new) with thermostat on wall, will freeze you out.
Since it is insulated - you could make this into a really cool camper/motorhome. Or use it as a spare room at your house for your kids or guests man/woman cave. I used it for a short time for my business and now I use it as a spare room at my house. I currently have my sauna inside the van. Sauna is not included in the price either, but could be purchased for $600. I was going to put an inflatable hot tub inside with a few pieces of work out equipment, but did not follow thru with it. This is the coolest can ever. I hate to sell it, but I have to many vehicles in my yard.
