Vehicle Description
Up for sale is a used and modified SMOG EXEMPT Dodge Cummins diesel extra cab. It has mileage about 290K, and I’m the longest and second owner. It was used as a daily driver work and play truck until I bought my Sprinter.
This year Dodge had no factory installed emissions equipment, so you are free to modify to your hearts content. Modifications to factory are: full 4” turbo back MagnaFlow SS exhaust; full fuel system upgrade to Fass high output air/water separator, 1/2” in tank pickup, to 3/8” fuel lines and fittings, no banjo’s; Bosch 275 HP RV/Marine fuel injectors; intake high flow from filter to silicone boots; ATS stainless steel exhaust manifold; TST Max 10 level fueling box; fuel pressure gauge, exhaust temp gauge, boost PSI gauge; KORE Off-road progressive heavy duty suspension system installed, minor amount of lift, but great ride; Steering box brace; HD track bar; 2WD LO kit to override the FAD system, super useful for slow backing of trailers or making it “shift on the fly” 4x4 hi; SS braided brake lines; clutch upgraded to South Bend 13.25” 6spd conversion with dual pressure plates and 1 3/8th input (second one of these). Papers out to about 450 HP and near 1000lbs, but never tested. 37” tires on stock wheels with minor sawz-all fender mods in front. Has lumber rack, shell that is lined, and pull out tool tray in bed. Some dents and scratches. Tint on windows.
Items that have been replaced other than standard maintenance: injection pump; rebuilt vac pump and steering pump; on the 3 factory xfer case; on the 3 xmission, just rebuilt using all American parts with new South Bend Clutch mentioned above; new front rotors and pads; front hubs. Probably other stuff that should be mentioned, but that’s the basics. AS IS, WHERE IS. Registered and insured.

This thing is a beast, and you can hot rod the shit outta it without worry for the emissions police!
