Vehicle Description
Clean title.
36 feet long, 10+ feet tall, 8 feet wide.
Roughly 216 square feet of useable interior space, ceiling 6'4 at highest point.
All interior passenger seats and some interior panelling removed with intention to remodel into tiny house/skoolie.
Automatic transmission.
Air brakes.
Cummins 5.9 engine
Drives just fine.
Missing a side view mirror, two broken rear windows.
Odometer needs to be replaced, so I'm not sure what the mileage is.
There is an alarm that sounds while it runs, I think it might be faulty wiring related to an emergency exit.
Definitely needs some TLC.
Does not pass California smog due to age of vehicle, but should qualify for exemptions (low use, etc.)
Is not currently registered, registration expired 2019.
California requires class b license to operate.
Buyer must pick up vehicle, I cannot deliver it.
I bought her at the end of 2019 with the intention of turning her into a skoolie, but lost my job in March 2020 and still haven't been able to go back to work. I just can't afford to hold onto her any longer.
I'd love to see her go to someone who can realize the dream of turning her into something new.
