Used 2001 Acura Integra GS-R for sale in Carmichael, CA

This car would be awesome for a short person, it has the highest sitting position of any car I've ever owned. Its a feature of the 2001 model year. Leather seats that were in really good condition until I got my dog and she has punched a couple holes in the passenger seat with her nails. All the other seats are good though.
I've had the car for 5 years or so and had to replace the engine last year when the previous one blew up, right after rebuilding the head. So it will some with a rebuilt head with about 1000 miles on it.
There is about 175k on the chassis, I have not looked up the VIN on the new engine to attempt to see how many miles were on it but this engine felt significantly better and faster then the one I replaced. So much better that I would guess that it had less than 100k miles, maybe.
The body is very straight and I cant tell that its been in any accidents.
Mostly everything is original, I'm going to buy the missing trunk pieces and original intake this weekend. I have an appt. on Monday to replace the windshield.
It comes with the original GS-R Blades though they are a little beat up and I would have them refurbished were I keeping the car.
It has new tires and clutch. We did the timing belt, seals and water pump when we replaced the engine so this car is going to be good to go for years with very little to worry about.
Everything works on the car, even the AC. The AC compressor or clutch does have a squeak that does not affect the performance. Its either the clutch or a bearing in the compressor. I would've just replaced it whenever it failed.
The paint is original so its not perfect, there is fading in a few areas like the top of the door handles.
Ill be purchasing new tags this weekend as well so there's something else that wont need attn. for a while.
