Used 2001 BMW E46 325i / 330i - cars & trucks - by owner - vehicle... for sale in LEANDER, TX

2001 BMW E46 325i / 330i for sale with 123,215 miles. Single owner car that I took care of with no expense spared throughout its life. The car is originally a 325i, but the engine was replaced when the car had about 65k miles with a new 3.0 (330i) engine, along with the required OEM ECU computers. The clutch on the 5 Spd manual transmission was replaced at about 65k miles through the BMW warranty. The Suspension was completely replaced with a H&R Sport cup kit. The rims are BBS LM 18’ reproductions in great condition with very good condition Hankook tires. I had plans of keeping this car for many more years, but unfortunately a drunk driver crashed into the rear, damaging the following: Rear bumper, Rear left quarter panel, Left Tail light, Exhaust, Rear bumper reinforcement. I do not have the time or space to repair the car, so I am selling it as is. This car contains most parts you may need to rebuild an E46 or you can fix the damage and use it. All parts were replaced with OEM / OE or better parts. All OEM BMW fluids used during its life except for the Transmission / differential fluids. Currently has one code for a leak in the exhaust due to the accident.

I am not looking into parting the car out, it's being sold as a whole. I will include a brand new front bumper with foglights and new side skirts. All interior parts are not visible in the pictures, but are included (they were removed from for restoration during the time of the accident). Will also include left and right OEM xenon headlights; I was planning on retrofitting the existing headlights with factory xenon assemblies.

I have not started the car since late last year, new gasoline will be needed to run the car. It will need to be towed to your location.
