2001 Honda Civic Four Door EX Sedan. Automatic, with sun-roof. Here's the incredible part. 71,500 actual miles! Yes you read that right. One Arizona owner before me. ( She was a relative-passed away). Has spent a lot of its life in Arizona, has seen very limited winter use in Minnesota. No rust on body at all. Does have hail damage on roof and fenders, some door dings. I replaced the hood and trunk due to hail damage. Found parts in same color, however the replacement hood has some minimal damage on the leading edge. Great tires. Very clean interior. Runs and drives beautifully. Has had a timing belt/water pump kit installed due to age, not mileage. Great way to get a excellent, reliable Honda, that gets super gas mileage, for a very reasonable price. if it doesn't sell this Fall, will keep until Spring, do body and paint to perfection, ask 8995.
