Used 2002 Nissian Altima - Priced to sell for sale in Mckinleyville, CA

It has some issues and is priced to sell. Willing to negotiate . Just need it gone.
I had it inspected by a mechanic and these are the issues:
-Miss-firing pretty bad
-Valve cover gasket is leaking oil into spark plug tubes.
-Spark plugs need changed.
-Valve cover gasket needs to be changed.
-Coil boot needs to be changed.
He suggested cleaning the coils and is pretty sure they won't need to be changed, as well.
I have purchased ALL PARTS needed to get it running, which are included! Went to fix it and 4 valve cover bolts are broken in block. 2 are easy to get out 2 are not.
SOLD AS IS The mechanic also mentioned the exhaust fold might have issues, and the catalytic converter needs replacing, but he suggests to not do so, due to the year of the car.
Note that both passenger and driver side door handles have broken off as well. Easy $20 fix on both sides.
Right Tail light WORKS, just the plastic casing is broken.
Interior in very good condition. (Minor chipping on wood surfaces.)
