I am posting this for my brother in law so NO Texts or Emails!
Calls to him only. He bought a well deserved new truck and is selling his faithful old truck.
Original owner selling this well cared for 2002 Silverado 1500 rear wheel drive short bed with cap.
Cap has been on the truck since purchase. 4.3 V6, auto 4 speed trans.
AC has been working fine. He is a stickler on maintenance and the truck has received the best of care.
Some rust in different places but nothing too bad for a 17 year old Chevy truck.
Has 168,000 miles. Starts, runs and drives great. Interior very clean, non smoker.
No dash lights activated, etc. Always passed emissions tests.
Has the factory installed hitch. Rarely used to tow a small trailer.
Truck currently needs front hub bearings, They are not noisy: The common GM truck front ABS
sensors are failing at times causing the ABS to activate at very slow speeds while braking. The
sensors are built into the hub bearings. Rock auto sells them for $60.00 and up each.
Has a green tailgate because a bracket weld broke off the original tailgate a month ago so I gave him
a tailgate I had off another 2002 truck. He will throw the original tailgate in the bed of the truck if you want it.
The original gate can be fixed pretty easy.
Clean title, ready to sell.
