Used 2002 Subaru Forester - bad transmission for sale in Oak Ridge, TN

Green 2002 Subaru Forester; 5-speed manual; 252,494 miles.
The transmission on this is essentially toast. It absolutely won't go into 4th gear, and it would rather not be in any gear at all, if that's alright with you. I could probably rebuild it if I had a garage, but I've neither that nor time right now, I just want it out of my way.
No tears inside, no major stains. Definitely needs detailing. No accidents. Virtually no rust on the underside, or at all; only that one spot near the fuel door.
Complete timing system overhaul - idler pulleys, tensioner, water pump, shaft seals, gaskets, all three belts - done by me personally at 180k. Will need it next at 270k. Purchase receipts available for most of the parts I've gotten for it.
No head gasket leaks, somehow. Small oil leak because one of the crankshaft seals isn't on quite perfect.
Horizontal crack across the front windshield. I was told not to worry about it.
BRAND new battery, just replaced last month under warranty. You might be able to find an Advance Auto that will consider the manufacture date stickered on the side instead for another 3 years.
Tires were bought RIGHT before it started having issues. Even have some of the little nubs still on. Yeah, pretty mad about that.
Driveshaft was replaced two summers ago. Spark plugs & wires a couple months after that.
Aftermarket tow kit, only used for occasional light towing. (That folding trailer in one of the pictures, for moving friends around town or taking branches to the dump.)
Crappy aftermarket radio because the original stopped handling CD's. Old radio is included if you want to take a crack at it.
Most of the dashboard lights were replaced with LEDs, and they're pretty unhappy. I gave the main backlight ones beefier resistors because they kept burning out, but the indicators are just as they were. Check Engine light flickers because it's always on; bad O2 sensor that I never replaced because this state doesn't require it. It probably has other issues by now.
