Vehicle Description

The Good:
Good commuter car, first car.
Runs strong (well, as strong as a Corolla can!)
Good AC/heat
Upholstery still good, a few stains, but nothing bad and no tears.
2nd owner: I bought it from original owner in Hermiston in ~2008 with 106K miles.
The Bad:
Stereo not working (speakers are ok, stereo is kaput)
Clear coat peeling
The Ugly:
Windshield cracked (see last picture)
I listed condition as "good" because of cosmetic stuff (clear coat). Mechanically it's "very good".
I've driven the car for many years with the cracked windshield, but it is probably not safe. Might not be street legal (?), although it doesn't interfere with my view of the road, cross traffic, etc.
If you buy it with the cracked windshield, I'm going to ask you to sign a bill of sale that says "buyer acknowledges that this car has a cracked windshield that could be a safety issue. The buyer assumes all responsibility for driving the car with a cracked windshield. Seller strongly suggests the windshield be replaced."
If you want me to replace the windshield, I'm happy to, but then the price is $2300.
