This is a rust free and very clean 0 accident Excursion. It does not smoke or misfire. It shifts great and runs very strong. Starts right up every time you turn the key. There are no stiction issues. Smoke free vehicle! This has been my vehicle for 2 years. I enjoy making vehicles reliable and problem free. I would not hesitate to drive this anywhere. It just completed 2 1500 mile trips this year.

Here is the list of things done to upgrade this excursion. I have spent over 9000$ in the last 2 years on these upgrades. These are not crappy aftermarket parts used. These prices are for the parts alone. Lots of love in this Excursion.

- New oem injectors all 8. (1400$)
- New oem glow plugs with new harness assemblies (200$)
- New oem upgraded oil cooler (300$)
- Turbo cleaned with new unison ring (100$)
- Upgraded intake manifold without hump in rear (100$)
- New oil rail o-rings (50$)
- Updated oil supply line and return for turbo required new oil cooler housing (200$)
- Oem blue spring and banjo bolts (120$)
- 270 amp XP DC Power Alternator with big wire kit from Ficmrepair.com 14.7 volts no matter what you have turned on (900$)
- Isspro Electronic Fuel pressure and EGT gauges with housings and sensors. (400$)
- Scangauge II Gauge setup (150$)
- 2 heavy duty Odyssey Extreme series batteries. (600$)
- New Oem Turbo boot (50$)
- Cat elc coolant (50$)
- Amsoil bypass filtration system. (300$)
- coolant filter kit (100$)
- 4 inch exhaust turbo back with muffler and gutted cat installed. used a slip clamp on downpipe for easy removal for service. It is quiet with no drone at all. Did not figure a family vehicle should make you deaf. (300$)
- Egr cooler in place but plugged on both ends (50$)
- throttle body deleted
- aluminum radiator (250$)
- 6.4l oem transmission pan and filter. New bypass filter. New fluid. (150$)
- 05 f-250 steering damper (150$)
- New front coil springs oem from F-250 (150$)
- New ball joints and tie rods all moog. Caster set more positive for great straight line stability. (400$)
- New Michelin LTX tires. (1200$)
- Fully adjustable upper alignment bushings (50$)
- Rear springs were upgraded to 08 F-250 springs without overloads. These are equal length springs with a much better spring rate for soft yet controlled ride. They do not jar your teeth out but you can still tow with them. They also help with the darting excursions
are known for. (300$)
- Air Lift Loadlifter Rear Air ride bags were installed over springs as well for when that extra support is needed.(300$)
- Hellwig rear sway bar kit. (400$)
- New shocks all four corners. (200$)
- New pioneer head unit with steering wheel controller integrated (400$)
- Component speakers in front door, 1 12 inch Rockford Fosgate subwoofer in rear and twin amplifiers professionally installed under second row bench seat. (500$)
- Rear barn door latch cable has billet ends installed to prevent breakage. (50$)
- Complete 05 front end installed. This used a complete core headlight frame from an 05 f250. (400$)
- I have a BD diesel sump system with dual OEM fuel pump assemblies that still needs to be installed on the truck. (200$)
- I have the Full Manual fan setup complete with fan, clutch, and adapter. I do not tow with this truck so I do not have it installed right now. The electric fan is working perfectly still.
- Synthetic oil always used. OEM fuel and oil filters only.
-This truck has not been programmed by any off the shelf tuner. It does have an economy tune loaded from Hptuners. This was mostly completed to get rid of any CEL from the egr delete. I have the stock files available and can load them back onto the truck if desired.

I am sure I am missing more things. This truck is in great shape. I have not used it for towing nor do I race or drive the truck hard. It averages about 20 miles per gallon wherever I go. It does have a few minor scratches and dings but no major dents or issues. I have a ton of extra parts and supplies that I am willing to toss in as well. 2 bins worth of 6.0 parts and excursion
parts.

These are the known problems

-Rear hatch doors have a scratch right in the center where a small trailer popped up and scraped them. Top of Hatch has a scratch.
-Few minor door dings easily removed with paint less repair. one quarter sized paint chip on roof near front windshield.
- Steering box works but is a little sloppy as normal on these trucks. I was going to use a red head box on it as they have worked great on past vehicles.
-Front seat has one small rip on it and both seats could use a dye to be perfect.

That is all I can think of. It is a clear title truck. I do not get to drive it that much and figured it could go to a good home. It was in Texas and Arkansas most of its life and is very clean with no rust underneath. I am not desperate to sell. I do not mind negotiating for the right price. I have a lot of time and money invested and will keep it as the value is not going down on these.
