This very clean and great running 2003 Ford Explorer XLT with 158k miles is for sale. It is metallic red outside with a charcoal interior. The outside is in good condition and shows only normal wear from use. There are a couple of scuffs, one on the lower rear left side and on the right doors, that are pictured. The paint still ,looks good and shines well, but there will be signs of wear. The interior is in excellent condition and is very clean. There is a wear spot on the outer bolster of the driver seat but otherwise, the leather seats show very little wear and are very clean. This appears to have been a non smoker's SUV.
The 4.0 SOHC V6 engine starts and runs excellent with no issues at all. These are very reliable engines. This one starts easy, runs quiet and smooth, and has good power. The automatic transmission shifts very smooth through all gears without any problems at all. The tires are all matching and excellent. This Explorer runs and drives nice and will make very good everyday reliable transportation at a low cost. It has many options, including power windows, power driver seat, factory power moonroof, power pedals, power locks with remote and keyless entry, parking sensors, tilt steering wheel, speed control, am/fm/6cd changer, 3rd row seat, tow package, and more.
