Used 2003 VW Jetta TDI Wagon - cars & trucks - by owner - vehicle... for sale in New Paris, IN

Vehicle Description

This was originally a Texas car- has been in northern IN for 5 years. Diesel engine, great fuel economy. The check engine light has to do with a glow plug. The wiring harness was replaced several years ago. The windshield has a vertical crack. It can be seen in one of the pictures if you look closely. The oil was changed recently using Mobil 1 0W 40, cooling system has Pentofrost SF, alternator replaced a year and a half ago. I have a record of everything I've done to it. The automatic transmission has a problem but we drive the car daily and it has never let us down. It will eventually need to be dealt with. The advice is to replace with a manual transmission as this particular automatic is known to have problems. However, in an attempt to fix it I sent the valve body out- the solenoids were checked and the valves were bored and replaced. I will consider any reasonable offer.
