Vehicle Description
Pros:
lifted 4 inches, 4wd automatic locking hubs
paint is still pretty cherry, timing belt water pump done at 210k miles, so really recently
4 door.
aftermarket deck with bluetooth,
New front outer door handles installed at toyota
electric windows and locks, new tailgate handle
cruise control and 4wd work perfectly,
Just replaced headlights running lights and brake lights
Starts right up first try, engine sounds smooth
Front brake pads replaced 5k miles ago
I will be replacing rear brakes and adding new brake fluid soon.
Flowmaster exhaust sounds mean.
K&n air intake.
I bought new rear shocks from island performance. I'm putting those on this week. Paid 185$ for parts
Back windows tinted pretty dark, front windows got a mild tint,
Aftermarket rims: moto metal got the 5th rim also for a spare, although i never put it under the truck. Just stored it.
Tow package
My daily driver. Hasn't let me down. Reliable
Waipio,greensands, maks, this thing is action for getting to camping spots.
Transmission tech took apart transmission to replace an inner seal, the truck shifts smoother now.
New lower ball joints just replaced.
New spark plugs and wires,
Cons:
Driver side window still works but needs replacing
Tailgate rusting on top. I'll try get a pic
Truckbed has a small hole, will need to weld a small sheet of metal onto it if it bothers you. ill get a pic
Got some rust but not much, you can look it over if Interested
Steering rack needs maintenance or replacing, although it drives fine still. I will have it replaced or reduce the price on the truck because of that.
Check engine light comes on sometimes and reads that the o2 sensor or catalytic converter is malfunctioning. I've been driving it daily for years and it hasn't ran any different, it's still smooth.
Miles will gradually continue to go up as I use it to dump trash and haul water occasionally
