Description is long - But I want to be complete!
(This is my daily so mileage will go up very slowly.)
I was going to use this to haul a 1-car car trailer or a utility trailer converted to a kitchen & dining room!
(The tow hitch is already on the van but I didn't buy a receiver for it yet.)
I already started converting the interior of the van into a bedroom!
Bed framework is completely installed with a brand new - never slept on queen-size mattress + 3 layers of carpet underlayment and brand new plush carpeting over brand new 3/4 plywood sub flooring!
(I would like to keep the mattress but will include it in the right deal!)
The bed framework is just high enough off the floor to clear storage tubs and a porta-potty.
8 New storage tubs and the porta-potty are included if you want them!
I also did a simple 2 Meter Ham/Amateur Radio installation as shown in the photos.
IF You Are A Licensed Ham/Amateur Radio Ops I Will Leave It Installed - If not I can remove it in a few short minutes.
This also has a new Alpine CD Stereo w/ Sirius XM Receiver Installed!
(Has front door speakers but I did not get around to putting speakers in the rear doors yet.)
The van lived in New York City for awhile so it has it's share of small bumps and scrapes.
There are 3 small areas of rust starting and I've shown them in the photos.
The bumpers are a little rough but they are easy bolt-on's and new chrome ones are cheap on Ebay!
The previous owner put contractor-style "puck locks" all the way around and all 3 locks with keys are included.
If you wish to remove them the door lock on the sliding side door and rear door will need repaired.
An alarm system with 2 key fobs has been installed.
The previous owner said the ac was working last season but now that it's getting warmer out I'm not getting anything out of it.
I don't know if it needs recharged or if the system needs work.
The heater system works fantastic!
The brake system has been almost completely gone over at this point!
The only thing not changed is the brake sensor and the lines themselves - everything else is new including the pump and power brake booster!
(The brake light still comes on every now & then so the brake sensor may need replacing as well - either that or the brakes need to be re-bled which I doubt because pedal pressure feels perfect.)
Park management in the mobile home community I live in won't let me keep a utility or car trailer in the development so this is much more van than I will need for as long as I live here!

May Consider A Harley If You Have (Or Willing To Buy) Saddlebags For It.
(No Sportster's.)
May Consider Other Newer Vehicles & SUV's As Part Trade.
