Vehicle Description
This is a 2004 Ford Excursion Limited, 4x4, 6.0 Powerstroke Diesel, 193K miles. This has been a good vehicle but it is time to move on to something else, no longer needed for our purpose. It has been well maintained, records of repairs and maintenance back to 2014.
Truck has some issues but they are all cosmetic.
Windshield has a crack.
Drivers seat cover torn from wear.
AC needs to be vacuumed and charged (I might have this completed by the end of the weekend).
Main engine wiring harness replaced with Motorcraft brand
Glow plug harnesses replaced (aftermarket)
Alternator replaced
Rear AC soft lines replaced
Idler pulley replaced
Both batteries new
All battery cables custom made and routed to reduce chance of previous fire issue
IPR remote oil cooler
IPR coolant filter
IPR EGR delete
FICMrepair.com Ultra FICM with Atlas 40 tune
HHC Diesel nipple cups
All injector o-rings replaced with Aliant Power brand o-rings
Blue spring fuel pressure upgrade
New negative battery cables with each battery connected to frame, body and engine
Tires with less than 10K miles
Same size spare
Weathertech floor mats in front
ScanGauge II
Upgraded side view mirrors
#7 injector replaced with Motorcraft remanufactured
New turbo boots cold and hot side
This has been a great vehicle. She has been up to South Dakota and out east to Kentucky. She has never left me stranded even after the fire issue.

Was used for family trips but started to over heat at times and never had a chance to take it to the shop. It's not needed anymore and want to clear up driveway space.
